Jennifer Feldsher

Jen Feldsher was born to practice law. Growing up in the former Soviet Union – a country without the rule of law – ignited a deep-rooted affinity for its principles. She seemingly began her career at the age of five, drafting her first contract on a post-it note after her father asked to borrow $10. As Jen’s knowledge of the law grew, so did her passion for it. The nickname “chainsaw,” garnered in her formative training days, has stuck with her to this day – a nod to her no-nonsense, cut through the muck style. Jen’s strategic thinking, sound problem solving and tenacity have served her well as acting counsel to companies involved in restructurings in the telecommunications, technology, healthcare, airline, automotive and financial services industries. She has experience representing troubled corporate debtors, acquirers of troubled companies, creditors’ committees, and special creditors in a variety of in-court and out-of-court reorganizations, asset sales, loan restructurings and commercial loan transactions.
